N/Aes are broadband InGaP/GaAs HBT MMIC amplifiers offering good output IP3 and flat gain response for applications requiring high gain and high linearity. Designed with InGaP/GaAs process technology for improved reliability, these RFICs utilize a Darlington configuration for broadband performance and are ideal for use in cellular, ISM and PCS applications. NGA-3 operates from DC to 4 GHz and is available in 86 mil (NGA-386) surface-mount packages.
