IFR Introduces Cellular System Analyzer for TMDA/ANSI-136 Cellular Phones
With the evolution of the ANSI-136 standard driving demand for advanced testing capabilities, IFR Systems demonstrates its commitment to the ANSI-136 community with the introduction of the 1900-5 Cellular System Analyzer (CSA). The 1900-5 CSA allows research and design engineers and system design engineers to test advanced TDMA multislot operation for advanced digital control channel design and test. In addition, the 1900-5 CSA provides expanded support for digital traffic channel testing and verification applications.
The 1900-5 CSA is a complete mobile and base station emulator for advanced RF and protocol testing for the TDMA/ANSI-136 market. It provides full layer 2 and layer 3 protocol analysis capabilities with advanced RF parametric testing. The 1900 series of products have been widely accepted as the industry standard for development and testing of ANSI-136 digital phones and networks and are an integral part of the IFR Consolidated Protocol Test Suite for type verification of cellular phones by the CTIA and system operators.
Initial delivery is expected in June 2000. For more information, call 316-522-4981.
