Hittite Releases 2007 Designer's Guide Catalog

Chelmsford, MA -- Hittite Microwave Corporation announces the release of its 12th edition Designer's Guide catalog for 2007. This publication includes 91 new RFIC and MMIC product data sheets, as well as quality/reliability, application and packaging/layout information. New for 2007 the two volume catalog format now includes; Volume 1: Amplifiers, Control Devices & Power Detectors and Volume 2: Data Converters, Frequency Generation, Mixers & Modulators. Design engineers will find that each volume is organized into IC chip, SMT packaged IC and connectorized module sections.

Full specifications are provided for 482 components including: amplifiers, attenuators, data converters, frequency dividers/detectors, frequency multipliers, mixers, demodulators/modulators, phase shifters, power detectors, switches, synthesizers and vcos/plos.
