High Power S-Band Radar Pallet: IBP2729MH300

The IBP2729MH300 is a 50 ohm matched high power pulsed pallet amplifier for S-Band radar systems operating over the instantaneous bandwidth of 2.7-2.9 GHz. This pallet combines devices with hermetically sealed lids for optimum reliability in the harshest environmental conditions. The pallet supplies a minimum of 300 watts of peak pulse power under the conditions of 100us pulse width and 10% duty cycle.
