High-Power Hybrid Coupler For Balanced Amplifiers Introduced

Framingham, MA -- Response Microwave, Inc. announced the availability of its new, high-average, power drop-in hybrid coupler, suitable for use in low frequency power amplifier applications.

The new RMCL962 series offers 2000W average power handling at 500 MHz and 1000W average at 2 GHz. Offered with 4.77dB nominal coupling, unit electrical performance offers typical insertion loss of 0.2dB, VSWR of 1.20:1 typical and isolation of 20dB.

Part of the HYBRIDLINE family of board mount couplers, the new devices are available in bulk 1 meter lengths, pre-cut to your frequency or with N or SMA female connectors. The outer jacket diameter is 0.379 inches and inner connductors are 0.060inches. Dielectric material is PTFE and jacket is available in bare or RoHS compliant TIN plated seamless copper.
