High Linearity Small Cell Power Amplifiers

Qorvo offers small cell high linearity power amplifiers that operate from 1.8 to 2.17 GHz, provides up to 0.5 W of saturated output power, and up to 31.5 dB of gain.
These small cell amplifiers are available in a 7x7 mm leadless SMT package, and are ideally suited for small cell, picocell, enterprise femtocell, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), data cards and terminals, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), booster amps, and repeater applications.
