High Linearity Small Cell Power Amplifier: QPA9418 Datasheet

The QPA9418 is a 0.5 W small cell power amplifier (PA) optimized for use in repeaters, boosters, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Features include a 1.805 to 1.930 GHz operating frequency range, three integrated high-performance amplifier stages, 30.6 dB of gain, and 14.5 percent PAE at 27 dBm.
