This fully matched power amplifier operates in the 2-2.2 GHz frequency range. It’s ideal for small cell BTS downlink applications. This amplifier features high gain, good efficiency, high linearity performance, GaAs E-pHEMT technology, a built in detector, and more.
This power amplifier achieves a high linear output power at 5 V through the use of Avago Technologies’ proprietary 0.25 mm GaAs Enhancementmode pHEMT process.
