The RFFM8500Q is a 4.9GHz - 5.85GHz high-linearity Front End Module (FEM) with an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching. It is integrated with a power amplifier (PA), a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch, an LNA and a power detector coupler to improve accuracy and meet RF front end needs for an IEEE 802.11 a/n WiFi system.
