The RFFM5765Q is an integrated single-chip Front End Module (FEM) with a 2.4 GHz b/g/n amplifier, Rx Balun, Tx/Rx switch and directional power detector. With an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching, the FEM can greatly reduce the number of external components and layout area in the customer application.
