The HF12 (12V), HF28 (28V) and HF50 (50V) series products have been designed to provide drop-in replacement performance to suppliers such as ST Microelectronics, Microsemi (APT), M/A-COM, SGS-Thomson and Philips.
Utilizing enhanced process technology, Spectrum Devices will offer improved DC characteristics with a 50-60 % increase the BVceo operating condition, while maintaining full RF performance.
