HEICO Acquires dB Control

dB Control, an established manufacturer known for its reliable, high-power microwave amplifiers, radar transmitters and power supplies, recentlyy announced that it has joined the Electronic Technologies Group of HEICO Corporation. dB Control Co-Founder and CEO Joseph Hajduk will remain in his current position, as will the dB Control executive management staff and current workforce. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

"It will be business as usual for dB Control," Hajduk said. "Last month we received a $13.2 million five-year IDIQ [Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity] contract for TWT amplifiers from the U.S. Navy. Now with the added financial strength and worldwide presence of HEICO, we'll have the opportunity to pursue even larger orders that will enable us to continue to grow. We are very pleased to join the HEICO team."
