Handover Test Systems
JFW’s Handover Test Systems are specifically designed for proving wireless device performance at the network level. These systems are based on our multi-path attenuator networks and each system comes complete with “Handover” functionality written directly into the firmware.
With our Variable Handover Command, these minimum and maximum attenuation levels (along with the incremental step size and time between steps) can all be set by the user. Created with Wi/Max and LTE testing in mind, many of our handover systems operate from 200 MHz up to 6 GHz. Each system can be individualized in its RF configuration to accommodate any number of mobile devices, base stations, or femtocells and specialized firmware can also be created to better suite your testing needs. RS-232, GPIB, or Ethernet interfaces are standard, but other control schemes are available upon request.
