Model MB15G151 is a dual-band GSM transceiver designed to integrate Rx path from LNA to baseband interface, PLLs for both RF and IF frequency generation, and the Tx path from baseband interface to the transmit VCO's control input. The receiver chain consists of LNA and downconverter mixers for 900 and 1800 MHz and AGC with an 80-dB range up to 500 MHz.
