GRF5508/10 ¼W Power Amplifiers Deliver The Ultimate In Native Linearity
Guerrilla RF introduces the GRF5508 and GRF5510, two of 10 new ¼ W linear power amplifiers being released as part of the company’s expansion into the cellular market. These new InGaP HBT amplifiers are designed specifically for 5G/4G wireless infrastructure applications requiring exceptional native linearity over temperature extremes of -40°C to 85°C.
Spanning frequency ranges of 800 – 900 MHz and 880 – 960 MHz respectively, the GRF5508 and GRF5510 are tuned to operate within the n5, n8, n18, n20 and n26 5G new radio (NR) bands. The devices can deliver 24dBm of linear power over the entire -40°C to 85°C temperature range while maintaining ACLR levels of better than -45dBc, IMD3 levels < -17dBm, EVM levels < 1% and PAE Efficiencies > 14% – all without the aid of supplemental linearization schemes like digital pre-distortion (DPD).
