GPIO-Controlled, High-Performance RF Cellular Switches: SKY13581-676LF Datasheet

The SKY13581-676LF is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch covering the 0.4 to 3.8 GHz frequency range in 3G/4G LTE systems. The switch can also operate over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range, and requires no external DC blocking capacitors on the RF paths as long as there is no DC voltage on the RF line.
