2 GHz Wi-Fi Medium Power Amplifier: QPA5219
The QPA5219 is a three-stage power amplifier from Qorvo designed specifically for Wi-Fi applications, including those utilizing access points, wireless routers, and the Internet of Things. The amplifier’s performance is based on a balance of efficiency to linear power, which increases the range and throughput of connections.
The QPA5219 power amplifier comprises a 5GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole double-throw switch (SPDT), and a low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass. The amplifier integrates 2nd and 3rd harmonic filtering, 2.4 GHz rejection for dual-band dual-concurrent operation, and a DC power detector for application calibration enablement. It is housed in a 2.3 mm x 2.3 mm x 0.0.63 mm, 16-pin laminate package.
