2-18 GHz MMIC 4-Way Wilkinson Power Divider/Power Splitter: MPD4-0218CSP3 Datasheet

The MPD4-0218CSP3 from Marki Microwave is a compact, chip-scale packaged (CSP3) 2–18 GHz MMIC 4-way power divider/power splitter that delivers exceptional RF performance in a small footprint.

Designed to optimize space and performance, this surface-mount device is significantly smaller than traditional PCB-based Wilkinson power dividers/combiners, making it an ideal solution for applications where low size, weight, and power (SWaP) are critical.

This device operates over a wide frequency range from 2 to 18 GHz and offers low excess insertion loss of just 0.8 dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation. It also provides outstanding isolation of 29 dB between ports and maintains excellent amplitude (0.15 dB) and phase (2.2°) balance, supporting high-performance signal distribution or combining with minimal distortion.

The MPD4-0218CSP3 can function as both a power splitter and a combiner, offering design flexibility for a range of RF and microwave systems. Its tight fabrication tolerances result in superior unit-to-unit consistency, which enables accurate performance modeling using provided S5P simulation files from actual measured production units.

Measuring just 3.5 mm in the CSP3 package, this ultra-miniaturized solution suits demanding applications in aerospace, defense, communications, and instrumentation. The product is compliant with RoHS and REACH standards and falls under EAR99 export classification. For testing and prototyping, an evaluation board (EVB-MPD4-0218) is also available.

Incorporating patented Marki Microwave technology, the MPD4-0218CSP3 redefines compact RF component performance with high isolation, low loss, and unmatched integration flexibility.
