0.1 – 10.0 GHz Broadband Gain Block: GRF2003

Source: Guerrilla RF
0.2 – 10.0 GHz Broadband Gain Block: GRF2003

Guerrilla RF offers the GRF2003 broadband, low noise linear gain block amplifier ideally suited for small cell, wireless infrastructure, and other high performance RF applications such as those with microwave backhaul, C/X-band amplifiers, general purpose amplifiers, and instrumentation. Single match RF performance is rated over the 0.5 to 10.0 GHz frequency range, but the device may operate down to 100 MHz with optimized external components.

With flexible biasing capabilities, the GRF2003 delivers high levels of reuse within a design and across platforms. Device operation covers supply voltages from 2.7 to 5.0 V with a typical Iddq range of 40 to 80 mA for optimal efficiency and linearity.

Additional GRF2003 features include:

  • Gain: 12.0 dB
  • OP1dB: 14.0 dBm
  • OIP3: 27.5 dBm
  • Eval Board NF: 3.8 dB
  • Flexible Bias Voltage and Current
  • Internally Matched to 50 Ω
  • Process: GaAs pHEMT
