0.5 – 6 GHz 100W GaN Switch: TGS2355-SM Datasheet

The TGS2355-SM is a SPDT reflective GaN switch operating in the 0.5 – 6 GHz frequency range. This switch provides up to 100W input power handling, and maintains a low insertion loss of 0.8 dB or less, and greater than 25 dB isolation. This switch is housed in a 4 x 4 mm ceramic, air-cavity QFN package.
