The QPC1005 is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch operating within the 0.15 to 2.8 GHz frequency range for radar, land mobile radio, military communication, electronic warfare, test instrumentation, and other general purpose applications. This switch features low insertion loss less than 0.7 dB, greater than 30 dB isolation, and 4 x 4 mm plastic overmolded QFN packaging.
