S-Band GaN Solid State Power Amplifier
The VSS3607 GaN Solid State Amplifier uses GaN transistors to provide high gain, high efficiency, and excellent pulse fidelity for pulsed radar applications. This model is designed to operate in the 2.7-2.9 GHz frequency band.
The GaN transistors used in this solid state power amplifier are combined into air cooled 1.3 kW bricks. These bricks can be power combined using radial and waveguide combiners, resulting in 2kW to 20kW power combined options. The VSS3607 SSPA features excellent AM/PM, phase-noise, and spectral regrowth performance. Additional information can be found on the available datasheet.
