600-6000 MHz 30 W GaN Module: SKU 1219

Empower RF offers the new SKU 1219 single-band solid-state GaN module delivering a minimum of 30 W across the .6 to 6 GHz frequency range. This module utilizes 50 V on SiC transistors which have lower leakage currents and higher thermal conductivity and a more reliable technology than Gan on Si.
The 1219 model amplifier requires about half the input current as the 28 V counterpart, which reduces overall power supply cost, size, and weight. The GaN module is ideal for broadband mobile jamming and band specific high-power applications in the UHF, L, S and C frequency bands.
