GaAs MMIC Chip

GaAs MMIC Chip
The HMMC-5034 is a GaAs microwave monolithic integrated-circuit (MMIC) chip

The HMMC-5034 is a GaAs microwave monolithic integrated-circuit (MMIC) chip targeted for millimeter-wave point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless communications systems, including cellular infrastructure, broadband wireless access and European multipoint video distribution systems (MVDS).

The product is a compact, medium-power amplifier chip for the 37 GHz to 42.5 GHz transmit frequency range. At 40 GHz, it provides +23 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression and 8 dB of small-signal gain. The amplifier is designed to be driven by the company's HMMC-5040, a 20 GHz to 40 GHz MMIC amplifier. It is supplied as a 1.6 mm2 chip.
