Front-End Modules For Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) Applications

The SKY85334-11 and SKY85750-11 are 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz front-end modules (FEMs) respectively, and compliment Skyworks' expansive portfolio of FEMs designed for growing retail, carrier and enterprise Wi-Fi 6 applications. The modules offer high linearity, low power dissipation, and efficiency for access points, routers and gateways where regulatory, thermals or Power-over-Ethernet limitations demand low current consumption. These highly integrated FEMs incorporate switching, low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass and power amplifier (PA) and are housed in a compact package.
SKY85334-11 2.4 GHz FEM:
- Fully matched input and output
- Integrated logarithmic power detector and directional coupler
- Transmit gain: 30 dB
- Receive gain: 16 dB

SKY85750-11 5 GHz FEM:
- Fully matched input and output
- Integrated logarithmic power detector and directional coupler
- Transmit gain: 30 dB
- Receive gain: 13.5 dB
- Output power: MCS0, +18.5 dBm
- Package: Land Grid Array (LGA) 16-pin 3 x 3 mm
