L3 Harris Technologies, Inc.ies of high spectral-purity frequency synthesizers are designed for low data-rate applications where low phase noise performance is critical. These designs are available in the X-band frequency range, with step sizes to 1 kHz. The output power is +13 dBm typical, with higher power options available. The units are of modular construction in a low-profile outline. Frequency control is via TTL parallel BCD format; serial RS422 is also available. The units are equipped with lock alarm, a quick disconnect connector for DC power, and frequency control.
