Enhanced Signal Generators

Eight upgradeable signal generators have enhanced spectral purity with improved phase-noise performance and operation from 250 kHz up to 4 GHz. Four analog generators in the HPESG-APP series provide analog amplitude, frequency, phase and pulse modulation. Four digital generators in the HP ESG-DP series provide broadband in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) modulation with all major communication standards.
