RFHIC's GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT (E-pHEMT) product line, which is named as AE series, are a low noise, high gain, high efficient discrete device. Depending on the part number, one can use this as a low noise amplifier, driver, gain block, or a final stage amplifier.

All devices are SMT devices with very competitive pricing, and have two package types available : SOT-89, and SOT143. Each package layout and dimensions can be found from each device datasheets or the package info document.
Most of the devices work from DC to 4GHz range.
All RFHIC products are RoHS compliant and are using green packages to help the environment.
