Design & Prototype
Our Experienced engineering team is committed to providing high-value solutions which balance quality, performance reliability and cost. Dynawave offers this engineering and design service to its customers at no charge. Design services include CAD, CAD-CAM, fast turn prototypes and complete documentation packages. Your Dynawave engineer works with you personally from concept/design, through manufacturing and delivery for the life of your product.Whether your need is out-sourcing of an existing design or total design of a new application, our engineering team is available to offer solutions and support.

Reliability
All Dynawave products undergo 100% functional performance verification as part of our standard manufacturing process. Fully automated, State-of-the-art software controlled and networked HP test stations are used throughout the facility. Test capabilities (DC to 40GHz) include VSWR, loss, attenuation, delay, phase matching and TDR measurements. Data collection and product traceability are available to support your needs. Performance criteria is always tailored to meet your most stringent requirements.

Manufacturing
Dynawave is located in a modern 45,000 square foot facility in Haverhill, Massachusetts where employee pride and ownership are evident in both general and customer specific work centers. These work centers have been developed to provide on demand and just-in-time delivery to satisfy leading edge procurement needs. Dedicated fixturing, product specifications, visual aides and bar-coding are examples of the techniques in place to assure customer satisfaction. State-of-the-art methods such as computerized cut and trim machines, MIL-2000 solder capability and HP RF/Microwave test equipment all support Dynawave's commitment to quality and ISO-9001 certified processes.
