18-40 GHz Down-Converters by Millitech feature local/remote control, an internal or external reference, <0.5 Deg RMS Integrated Phase Noise, excellent spurious performance, excellent RF-to-IF Isolation (>50dB), and more.
Millitech’s universal converters take 18-40 GHz RF Signals and converts them down to the 3-15 GHz range. Superior phase noise LOs provide an integrated RMS phase of less than 0.5 degrees. The converter is locked to an internal 10MHz reference or can be locked to an externally supplied reference. Alternative combinations of frequencies, phase noise, gain, linearity or noise figure are available through optional versions.
