The CMD240C4 wideband GaAs MMIC distributed amplifier operates from DC to 22 GHz and is ideal for radar, space, satcom, test and measurement, and electronic warfare applications. It is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for RF port matching. Additional features included low current consumption, excellent return losses, and Pb-free RoHs compliant package design.
