Device Test Fixtures

A series of test fixtures-models HP 16034G, HP 16034H, and HP 16044A-are designed to help improve measurement accuracy on devices ranging from 0.02 to 0.8 in. (0.6 to 20 mm). Model HP 16034G SMD LCR test fixture is designed for devices measuring 0.02 x 0.01 in. (0.6 x 0.3 mm). The HP 16034H is designed for testing array components with multiple contact points. Model HP 16044A test fixture features a Kelvin four-terminal contact to help reduce errors for low impedance.
