Device-Characterization Software

The HP 14565A device-characterization software is used for designing and manufacturing cellular phones. Developed for use with the HP 66311A mobile communications direct current source, the software enables engineers to accurately visualize current profiles and device current draw with a computer running Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT, and a general purpose interface bus (GP-IB) card. Designers will no longer have to write test programs, buy or set up current shunt equipment, or use an oscilloscope.
