DC-30 GHz 6-Bit Digital Attenuator: CMD325 Datasheet

The CMD325 is a negative controlled, wideband GaAs MMIC 6-bit digital attenuator die designed to operate from the DC to 30 GHz frequency range. Each bit of the attenuator is controlled by a single voltage of either 0 V or –5 V. It features a low insertion loss of 4 dB at 12 GHz and the attenuation accuracy is typically 0.2 dB step error.
