HXI can draw upon its extensive standard component library as the basis for custom components and integrated subassemblies. For new circuit and component designs, modern microwave CAD tools are used to ensure efficient performance tradeoffs, design analysis, optimization and design centering. SolidWorks is employed to complete the design package.

Our engineering staff works closely with customers to determine and prioritize system performance tradeoffs and to identify the appropriate product configuration to meet cost and performance goals. A working knowledge of radar and communications systems allows HXI to understand and address the affects of complex problems and subtle component performance and interaction issues. Our broad experience allows us to assume system integration tasks, freeing customer resources for other aspects of product development.
