Any crystal oscillator manufactured by PDI adheres to rigorous performance standards, as well as ISO 9000 Standards. PDI maintains military standard facility (QML) and specific product certifications (QPL), as well as laboratory suitability certifications. Our production processes, engineering processes, and facility are audited to military standards. These standards are not exclusive to our crystal oscillator product line only, but all of our products.

Throughout the manufacturing process, our quality control team conducts frequent process inspections on our crystal oscillators to ensure total product integrity. Additionally, PDI's stringent quality control product auditing standards are applied to all incoming and outgoing product as PDI consistently strives for 0 ppm levels.

Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VC29-3)
The Voltage Controlled Crystal oscillator VC29-3 series provides a range of voltage controlled crystal oscillators operating at +3.3V supply with a HCMOS/TTL compatible output.

The crystal oscillator has a control voltage range of ±100ppm minimum which ensures an absolute pull range of at least ±50ppm with a typical linearity of ±3%.

Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator
OCXO (Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillators) technology allows tight frequency stability by enclosing the crystal in an oven. The oven maintains an elevated temperature above the ambient level.

In the past, cost prohibited the use of Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator technology. Precision Devices (PDI) has developed SC cut crystal technology and set platform designs allowing us the capability to produce crystal oscillators in volume at a competitive cost.
