Cottonwood Technology Group, Inc. Adds Wafer Map Option to its ExecuTest ™ Test Data Management Software

Cottonwood Technology Group, Inc. has announced that it is now shipping Version 4.1 of ExecuTest Enterprise Test Data Management software. The primary feature upgrade of this release is support of its ExecuTest Wafer Map Option. Already supporting numerous graphical views in its previous versions, the ExecuTest Enterprise-Level Test Data Management environment can now provide on-wafer parameter and yield data displayed by its Wafer Map option.

ExecuTest is CTGi's Enterprise-Level Test Data Management System (TDMS), comprised of ExecuTest Server and ExecuTest Browser products. With its robust test-centric architecture, the ExecuTest Server captures the context of raw test data, changing it from simply data to valuable information. By integrating data from diverse test systems and locations, ExecuTest provides an enterprise-wide accessible test data warehouse to deliver that value.

The web-enabled ExecuTest Browser product allows management, engineering, operations, and customers to interactively browse that information, finding the value within.
