Cooling Filters
Datasheet: Cooling Filters
Inside the GORE Cooling Filter is the latest generation of our unique microporous membrane. Pioneered by Gore in 1973 for use in critical industrial applications, this durable, efficient membrane stops water and corrosive particles from passing through, yet remains highly permeable to air.
GORE Cooling Filters can be used directly in place of heat exchangers (HEX) or air conditioning (AC) systems, or in conjunction with AC to help reduce operational costs As of 2007, over 100,000 base stations depend upon GORE Cooling Filters for maintenance-free cooling performance. Our deployments span the globe, and have proven successful under extreme ambient operating conditions, including: salt air, wind-driven rain, heavy industrial pollution and high temperature. In addition to our standard filter portfolio, Gore also provides custom filters and filter/fan designs. Our application engineering team will work with you every step of the way to deliver the most operationally efficient cooling filter solution for your mechatronic configuration. After installation, our global support team can be called on for the latest updates on technology and materials.
