Compact TCXOs for Wireless Communications
Mtron PTI’s M6053/4, 6055/6, and 6065/6 series of TCXOs and VCTCXOs offer stability, tight tolerance and low phase noise for radio systems requiring longer battery life, small size and reduced weight.
These TCXOs and VCTCXOs offer stability down to ±0.2 ppm, a phase noise floor of approximately -150 dBc/Hz, and ±1 ppm initial tolerance. They are available from 10 MHz to 52 MHz and operating range to -40oC to +85oC. Three package choices are available, down to 2.0 x 2.5 mm.
