Ciao Wireless Introduces The 10 MHz-40 GHz Ultra-Wideband LNA

Ciao Wireless, Inc. has introduced an ultra-wideband amplifier line featuring instantaneous band coverage over 10 MHz to 40 GHz. Various Gain options from 15 dB to 35 dB across the full band (10 MHz-40 GHz) are available. The Gain Flatness is ±2.0 dB TYP with typical Output Power of +16 to +20 dBm across the band. VSWR is typically better than 1.8:1 and typical Noise Figure of 4.0-7.5 dB up to 20 GHz and 5.0 to 7.5 Typ up to 40 GHz.

All designs are made for operation over an operating temperature range of -45°C to +85°C with internal voltage regulation & reverse polarity protection and non-harmonic spurious levels typically < -85dBc with Input DC Voltage operation available from voltage levels between +8 to +28VDC.
