The RAC10 1A series of chip attenuators are 1 x 1 mm micro-miniature SMD components that replace three resistors, and provide up to 57% PCB space savings. The attenuators are designed for signal conditioning and impedance matching in circuits. Applications include WLAN, cellular, pagers, audio equipment, and transmission amplifiers.
The attenuators are available in eleven attenuation factors from 0.5 dB to 10 dB with impedance of 50 W. Rated input is 40 mW per package, with a frequency range of DC to 3 GHz, and the operating temperature range is –40° to +125°C.
