Ceramic Feedthroughs are compatabile high Titanium, AISi, Kovar, Alloy 42, CuMo, and CuW, and are highly reliable in high vacuum applications. This makes them ideal for military/aerospace, and high reliability industrial applications. AdTech Ceramics’ feedthroughs can support high frequency applications up to 30GHz and feature a coplanar surface for wire bonding. Design assistance and HFSS simulation are available for high frequency applications as well.
