CDMA Chip Set

Designed to enable CDMA applications, a series of RF chips includes the MSM3100 baseband processing chip, the RFT3100 transmit processor, the RFR3100 receive processor, and the PM1000 power management chip. The RFT3100 performs all transmit signal processing functions required between digital baseband and the PA for IS-95 CDMA cellular and PCS applications. The PM1000 provides battery supervision and charging functions, programmable voltage regulation, and integration of other functions.
