CADWorx Consulting Acquired By ASIC Alliance

ASIC Alliance Corporation (Woburn, MA), a full-service provider of ASIC and FPGA design and verification services, has acquired CADWorx Consulting, Inc. (Milpitas, CA). CADWorx provides consulting services to design groups developing ASICs and FPGAs. The acquisition terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition firmly establishes ASIC Alliance's presence into Silicon Valley. CADWorx founder Jayant Nagda will become a Regional Vice President of ASIC Alliance and will be chartered with significantly building ASIC Alliance's presence in the Silicon Valley, as well as to establish ASIC Alliance's EDA design tool practice and advance its strategic C/C++ based design and verification methodologies.
