Broadband RF Power Amplifier: 700 to 6000 MHz

The 7010 solid state broadband high power RF amplifier covers the 700-6000 MHz frequency range. It has varying output powers of 15W (typ)@ Psat, and 10W (min)@ P1dB. It has -20 dBc (typ) harmonics, and >-60 dBc (typ) spurious signals. Additional specifications can be found on the available datasheet.
