Broadband RF Power Amplifier: 20 MHz to 6000 MHz

The 7003 is a broadband power amplifier covering the 20 to 6000 MHz frequency range. At 20 to 1000 MHz, it has a 22 W (typ) power output. At 1 to 2.5 GHz, its power output is 30 W (typ), and at 2.5 to 6 GHz, it has a 50 W (typ) output. Additional specifications can be found on the available datasheet.
