Blade And Stub Antennas

Sensor Systems designs and manufactures airborne blade antennas for military applications. Many of these antennas are multi-band and several include embedded filters to improve isolation between frequency bands. Some antennas employ a unique feed technique enabling operation over multiple octaves of bandwidth. Phase and amplitude tracking sets are available as required for specific applications. Typical applications include communication, communication jamming, direction finding, navigation, telemetry and identification.

Blade antennas are ruggedly constructed and sealed against moisture with internal DC grounding to protect against lightning. A proven flight history demonstrates reliable performance.
