Datasheet: Avionics Test Studio

Avionics Test Studio and Avionics Test Bench are flexible PXI platforms designed for avionics test engineers.

Avionics Test Studio is a package of software-defined instruments running on the Aeroflex 3000 Series PXI cards that offers both avionics signal generation and signal analysis functionality. The generator provides all of the standard avionics signals offered by various other Aeroflex avionics signal sources including the (Marconi) 2030 (with Option 6), the (IFR) NAV-750C, and the (JcAIR) NAV-2000R (including emulation of the Collins 479S-6A GPIB command set used in many military ATE systems). The generator also adds several new capabilities that are not offered or as conveniently available on other Aeroflex instruments. Other protocols are planned for addition to the system based on market needs. In addition to the graphical user interface, Avionics Test Studio software includes DLL versions that can be used in any standard ATE system.

Avionics Test Bench is a complete PXI hardware and software test platform, containing Aeroflex PXI cards and Avionics Test Studio software. The standard version of Avionics Test Bench, ATB-3000, consists of the Avionics Test Studio signal generator software, Aeroflex 3025C RF signal generator and 3011 synthesizer cards installed in the new Aeroflex 3000 Series PXI chassis with integral touch-screen and system controller. Additional card slots allow customers to add special purpose cards for specific purpose test installations.
