Rancho Cucamonga, CA -- During European Microwave Week 2007 in Munich, Germany, October 8 - 12, 2007, Arlon is highlighting several of its laminates and composite materials for microwave applications at booth number 606.

The company's primary focus will include:

  • Thermally-conductive, low-loss PTFE laminates for power amplifiers and circuits requiring higher dielectric constant stability vs. temperature
  • Lower loss, lowest PIM antenna materials for base station antennas
  • High-performance, "Best-in-Class" CLTE-XT for multi-layer, phase sensitive microwave circuits for radar, antennas, and other circuits requiring high reliability

Arlon is also in the midst of launching TC600, a 6.15 dielectric constant material that doubles the thermal conductivity of existing materials in the 6 dielectric constant market while achieving very low loss (0.0022 at 10 GHz via IPC TM-650 2.5.5.5 Test). This material also has good CTE and thermal-electric stability.
