Conifer Corp. has been acquired N/A. (Orland Park, IL). Conifer has experience in the design and manufacture of low cost customer premise equipment including microwave converters, amplifiers, antennas, and filters. Conifer's market experience includes the development and design of high bandwidth RF networking equipment that supplies the exploding global wireless data networking market. Conifer has a worldwide reputation for leading the technology development of integrated MMDS microwave products that are installed at homes and businesses.

Conifer's facility in Burlington, Iowa occupies 70,000 square feet of engineering and manufacturing space and is dedicated to the design and high volume production of active and passive microwave products. The company's employees will become Andrew personnel.
